Better Use Case - 1) I have a lot of clients and projects. At the moment I invite someone to join Tack, I already have several projects I would like to add them to, but I must wait until they "join" to add them.
On the other side...they wait and "Join" at the end of the week, right when they want to add their time, but I have then not added them to any projects.
The flow goes like this. A) I invite new consultant. B) They join and go to enter time, but cannot find any tasks. C) They send me an email telling me that "They have not tasks". D) Then I add them to tasks and reply back to their email that I cannot add them until AFTER they have joined, so now I have added them. E) They reply back that they got in, saw the tasks, and entered their time. ALL of that is wasted time.
A) I would like to just "add" them as users rather than "invite" them which requires them to sign up. Then immediately add them to tasks. B) The very first time they come in, they will enter time and be done. So smooth......
The system can still send them the same email inviting them to join and create and account with a password, but in reality they are already in the system from a scheduling Point of view.
