On the Reports > Summary (and all other reports):

Currently, the only way to get custom start and end dates is to spam click on the previous / next month arrows.

Please allow us to click on the month name and choose a year and month from a modal. And please make it so that the starting date and the ending date move independently from each other (right now, clicking on the previous button will move both starting and ending months the same direction).

Or you can also allow us to type in the starting and ending dates ourselves. Whichever is the case is fine!

Since there are projects that span across years (or multiple years), this will allow us to pull information in the way we want (right now, it's really hard to do things across years).
