Right next to "Pending Approval" there needs to be an "Approved" button.

Upon clicking it, it should show going backwards in chronological order, approved timecards by week. Same views and options as Pending...only the name and total hours per person in the initial view, and the ability to look at the detail or "unapprove" if hovered or selected.

This would make the process of quickly looking to see who is approved and not approved much faster.
