One EE hours display is crazy wrong...45,000 hours show for February

His actual hours are 12.5 . When I run my reports, or look at him, it shows 12.5, but from his screen is shows 45,000

FIXED. MY EE did not "upgrade" when prompted, so this was the result. No longer an issue.
