Time retainers (weekly, monthly or annually)

We allow our clients to pay for X amount of time per calendar month which gets added up. We would like to be able to track time against that so we can see something like:
Month 1 (Jan): X used of Y (%)
Month 2 (Feb): X used of Y (%)
Month 3 (Mar): X used of Y (%)
Total: X used of Y (%)
The ability to do this on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or annual basis would allow for a tonne of flexibility. Options to auto renew vs. a fixed period, to 'bank'/'rollover' or not, what happens to overages etc.
This is so important to our team and we are having to find messy workarounds.
Thank you

Tack: This is amazing, a big thanks from me! 🙏
My first bit of feedback is to ask if it's possible to show an at-a-glance summary of all estimated statuses of previous months, in addition to the current one. To filter how many to display, i.e. the last 3 months, 6 months, 12 months and all time.
For example, in the attached screenshot, I love that you can see the current period's usage, which is very handy. However, I'd love to also see how much time is leftover from former months, since we roll unused time over to this period. But because we don't roll all unused hours over, we only roll time from the last 3 months, the filtering is handy.
I hope this is possible, and doesn't overcomplicate the logic, UX or design. I did a pretty awful looking mock-up to illustrate what I was thinking.
Happy to personally work with you on feedback after the holidays, thanks!
