His actual hours are 12.5 . When I run my reports, or look at him, it shows 12.5, but from his screen is shows 45,000

It used to be that the data on the Pending Approval screen (Date Range, Member, Hours) were contained within a small window inside the page of the app.tack.one browser window. Today, the info takes up the entire screen with a huge amount of space between the member and their hours...so much space that I practically need a ruler to make sure I am selecting the right information. It is VERY HARD to read. Could you PLEASE put back the more compact view.

When I hire a new person, there are often 20 projects I need to add them to. It would be great if there was a special button for "add one user to multiple projects". When selected, all of the company projects would be listed with an on/off toggle next to them. I would select the worker at the top and then toggle on all the projects I wished to add them to and hit "enter"...and they would be added all at once.

There are one or two places, like the dropdown when selecting who to include in a report, where the list does not seem to be alphabetical. ' Some lists are alpha by last name...that is a bit harder than by first name since it is much more obvious

On the Reports > Summary (and all other reports): Currently, the only way to get custom start and end dates is to spam click on the previous / next month arrows. Please allow us to click on the month name and choose a year and month from a modal. And please make it so that the starting date and the ending date move independently from each other (right now, clicking on the previous button will move both starting and ending months the same direction). Or you can also allow us to type in the starting and ending dates ourselves. Whichever is the case is fine! Since there are projects that span across years (or multiple years), this will allow us to pull information in the way we want (right now, it's really hard to do things across years).

We allow our clients to pay for X amount of time per calendar month which gets added up. We would like to be able to track time against that so we can see something like: Month 1 (Jan): X used of Y (%) Month 2 (Feb): X used of Y (%) Month 3 (Mar): X used of Y (%) Total: X used of Y (%) The ability to do this on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or annual basis would allow for a tonne of flexibility. Options to auto renew vs. a fixed period, to 'bank'/'rollover' or not, what happens to overages etc. This is so important to our team and we are having to find messy workarounds. Thank you

Hovering over a task in the weekly view should expose the entire text string of the task. Right now, only the number of characters that fit are shown.. Same in a view by a manager reviewing timecards in weekly view.

Date format is dd/mm, which is more common in Europe. Add a setting to change it to mm/dd for USA.

Many of my consultants work on the same tasks for several weeks. It would be a huge time saver to be able to copy last weeks timesheet and bring it forward to this week.

The weekly time entry view is great. It is compact and gives the user a nice overview of their week. BUT, when comments (work detail...not sure what you call it) is set to "required", that view has trouble.
